BILINGUAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE I (Headquarters)
This position is responsible for members' inquiries regarding their accounts and for researching issues. Cross-trains and functions as backup with the Call Center area to ensure efficient and effective member service and department workflow. Processes and balances Fedline, responsible for balancing and adjustments with correspondent banks, return items and NSF items. Also responsible for ordering debit cards and cross-selling credit union products. Candidates must have at least six months of credit union experience, must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines effectively and assist members with tact and discretion.

FULL-TIME TELLER (1604/Braun), (Medical) PART-TIME TELLER (Schertz, Thousand Oaks, 281/Evans)
This position is responsible for processing OTC, mail, ATM and night depository transactions, balancing daily business accurately and in a timely manner, balancing the cash drawer daily, ensuring the security of all assigned cash and negotiable instruments, securing the cash drawer after every business day and adhering to security procedures. Other duties include maintaining positive member relations, providing account information to members, cross-selling credit union products and services, and imaging daily work. Qualified candidate must be a high school graduate, have six months to one year of teller experience in a credit union or other financial institution, able to perform addition, operate a 10-key by touch, able to stand or sit for long periods and work well under pressure.
