Your card will be mailed to you in 10 to 14 business days.
If You Should Lose Your ATM/DEBIT CARD :
If your card is lost or stolen, notify UNITED SA at once or the available balance in your account could be in jeopardy. The quickest way to notify us is by telephone. Call UNITED SA Headquarters Monday through Friday, during published hours of business at (210) 561-4500 or 1-800-531-8456. After hours, please call 1-800-528-2273.
Important Notice
To protect you against increasing instances of debit card fraud, the purchase limit for the UNITED SA Debit MasterCard is $1,500 per day.
In addition, the UNITED SA ATM Card and Debit MasterCard cannot be used in any foreign countries.
In order to safeguard the funds in your credit union account, we strongly suggest that you use traveler's checks or a credit card, (such as the UNITED SA Platinum MasterCard) to make purchases when traveling abroad.
